Enhancements and Critical Fixes for Zoom, Avaya, Cisco, and More

This release brings key enhancements and bug fixes to improve performance and user experience across platforms. Highlights include optimized Zoom sync scheduling, Avaya ZTP corrections, accurate firmware labeling, Cisco Webex domain syncing fixes, and improved handling of user modifications in templates.

🌟 Enhancements:

  • Zoom
    • Optimized Zoom Sync scheduler between Zoom Phone and Phonism

🐛 Bug Fixes:

  • Avaya Zero-Touch Provisioning (ZTP):
    • Corrected an issue when devices were registering successfully, a “Failed to register device with the Avaya redirect server.” message was appearing unnecessarily.
  • Firmware Upgrades
    • Corrected an issue where the Phones List was not displaying the correct label according to the software rules being applied.
  • User Modifications
    • Corrected an issue to ensure templates do not override any user modified items via the Visual Button Manager (VBM), API, UI, and / or configuration imports
  • Cisco Webex Calling
    • Corrected an issue where domains were not being synced with Webex
  • Mitel
    • Corrected an issue where some field values did not match the values in templates
